Cancelation policy – If you should need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know by 4pm the day prior to your service. For any cancelations after 4pm you will be charged 100% of the service.
Late arrival – Please make sure you arrive to your appointment on time. We may be unable to accommodate late arrivals. If we need to modify or reschedule your appointment because of a late arrival, you will be charged in full for the service.
